Institute of Technology Tallaght

Tallaght has over 25 primary schools in the area, ranging in size and denomination, providing plenty of choice and convenience. Post primary schools in the area include Tallaght Community School, Coláiste de hÍde, Old Bawn and Saint Mark's Community Schools, which are nestled within mature parklands.

For third level education, the Institute of Technology Tallaght is centrally located and easily accessible by Luas, bus, cycling or walking. It is one of the leading higher education institutes in Ireland, with a buzzing student population of over 4,000 people.

Tallaght Hospital acts as a teaching hospital for Trinity College Dublin's Faculty of Health Sciences, including its School of Medicine. The onsite Trinity Centre for Health Sciences teaches various medical disciplines and offers high quality clinical and research training.
